Nope! We are community of like-minded individuals who want to make alcohol small and irrelevant and live a life we don’t need to escape. PP AF founders are This Naked Mind certified coaches who embrace a science-based, compassionate approach that can lead to lasting change. We do not subscribe to the term “alcoholic” because alcohol is an addictive substance regardless of who you are. And importantly, we are not powerless over alcohol. Many members have attended AA and other rehabilitation methods and found freedom through the science-based, compassionate approach here.

PP AF provides a range of support for individuals seeking to quit or reduce their alcohol consumption. We offer educational resources that address the psychological, emotional, and social aspects of alcohol dependency. The community also serves as a space for individuals to connect, share experiences, and find encouragement and inspiration from others on a similar journey.
No. PP AF acknowledges that changing one's relationship with alcohol is a profoundly personal and individual journey. The platform provides resources, support, and a community for members, but ultimately: each member is responsible for their actions, decisions, and results. Each person's experience and progress may vary; therefore, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results for its members. The absence of guarantees is a way of setting realistic expectations and recognizing the complexity of personal change.
Membership includes access to live calls with our certified coaches and other community members. Meetings are held via private Zoom video conference. Participants are encouraged but are not required to turn on their camera. Calls are recorded and made available on the community page for a limited time. Access to recorded calls is limited to members only and is password protected.
